fructa talks is a new cooperation between Fructa and Radio 80000. For one hour we talk with artists about current projects, exhibitions and their artistic practice.
The conversation will take place at Lost Weekend München and will be broadcast live on Radio 80000
The first fructa talk will take place on 18 July at 7 pm.
The first guest is Sophia Süßmilch, born 1983 in Dachau, who studied sculpture with Stephan Huber in Munich and contextual painting with Ashley Hans Scheirl in Vienna. She works in and with all media and in her practice deals with interpersonal and personal boundaries. Her works oscillate between ironic distance and aggressive closeness. Süßmilch was awarded the Bayerischer Kunstförderpreises 2018. She lives in Munich and Vienna.
