Das nächste “So Not Berlin“-Event steht am Freitag an, aus diesem Grund haben wir uns mal wieder den gebuchten Dj, Tom Deluxx, zur Seite genommen um ihm zehn Fragen zu seiner Person zu stellen.
How did you get into music?
I listen to much music when I was young, when I turned 16 I did my first evenings in clubs and raves …in 1998 I buy turntables and I started playing in clubs. Later, in 2007 I started production …
What is your first musical reminiscence?
ROCK and HIP HOP
What makes your sound unique?
My mistakes maybe 😉
Are there any djs who has influenced your music?
Not really one but it can be Dave Clarke when I start djing…
You´ve already worked with a lot of people – who has inspired you the most?
With stella in my other project Just A Band.
With who would you like to play?
Prodigy and Digitalism
A lot of DJs prefer mp3 instead of vinyl – what do you think about this development?
I think we should move with the times, I’m not nostalgic about that…
What is the different between the french electro scene and the rest?
Actualy, none.
What does your E.P. „Wasted“ means for you?
First, it’s my first Ep on german label Freakz me out… also, with the track “wasted†I try to find an other way for my music, more musical but always for the dancefloor !
What can we excpect from you in the future? What will come next, what can we expect from you?
In november 3 news remixes for Designer Drugs, F.O.O.L…. In 2011, two new ep with some collaboration… And lot of good party I hope 😉
